Manage Your 3Rivers Debit & Credit Cards 24/7 with Card Management!
Being able to monitor your 3Rivers debit and credit card activity is simple with the Card Management tool, available within 3Rivers digital banking. Card Management allows you to securely monitor your 3Rivers debit or credit card by turning it on and off, setting spending limits, receiving alerts to prevent fraudulent charges, reporting a card as lost to automatically receive a new one, and more.
Card Management is free to our 3Rivers consumer and business members and can be accessed in the 3Rivers mobile banking app and on desktop online banking.
Key Features:
- Manage Card Alerts: Receive and customize real-time alerts to spot fraud faster by receiving alerts whenever your cards are used.
- Lock Your Card: Instantly “lock” or turn your debit card on or off.
- Enable Card Availability: Customize your controls by location, spending limit, merchant type, and transaction type.
- Set Travel Alerts*: Mark your card(s) when traveling to reduce disruption in your spending.
- Activate and Setup New Cards: Activate a new card that you have received in the mail. No more calling in.
- Update Your PIN: Update your debit card's PIN without having to call.
To access Card Management in the mobile app, simply select the Cards icon along the bottom of the screen. From a desktop, navigate to the Cards tab next to Accounts and then select Card Management.

*NOTE: Before setting travel alerts, make sure your phone number is set as your preferred contact method within digital banking. To do this, log in to digital banking, navigate to "Settings," and then select "Contact." Click on your mobile phone number and check the box to set it as your preferred method. If a phone number is not set as your preferred contact method, you'll receive an error message when attempting to set a travel alert.
