Nathan Kinder joined our team in December of 2024, bringing with him 20 years of industry experience and a solutions-oriented mindset. He grew up in Connersville, Indiana, and after serving in the US Army—moving across Southern Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia—is glad to be back within the familiar area he calls home. And to have the opportunity of making an impact within the community!
He enjoys building relationships on an individual level to better understand the “why” and “how,” which allows him the ability to provide the best options and solutions for each member. He recognizes the difference in scenarios, and understands every individual is unique. This is what drives him to provide a best in class experience tailored to your individual needs.

Robert Johnston joined 3Rivers in April 2013. Over the years, he has exhibited the traits needed to
effectively foster relationships with our members and is always eager to respond to them with helpful
solutions in their times of need. One of his main goals with his members is helping them discover ways
to save both time and money.
Robert’s role on the Retail Sales team is to help manage and expand the credit union’s internal member
portfolio by providing consistent reach outs and high-level member service.

Morgan Bailey has spent most of her life as a Delaware County resident and received a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in 2021. She brings over six years of customer service experience to 3Rivers.
Morgan started her career with us in our branches as a Retail Service Specialist and is now a part of our Retail Sales Team. Her favorite part of her role is getting the chance to help our members and deepen relationships. Mirza Halilovic has been with 3Rivers since 2012, serving as a Branch Manager until 2020, when he transitioned into his role as a Community Retail Manager.
Mirza was born in Bosnia & Herzegovina, lived in Germany in the mid-1990s, and moved to the United States in 1998. In addition to English, he’s also fluent in Bosnian and German. He studied Organizational Leadership & Supervision at IPFW, graduating in 2008, and completed the YLNI Leadership Institute in 2015.
He’s passionate about building long-lasting relationships and is known for taking a servant leadership style approach in serving our members—always keeping others and their best interests top of mind, walking alongside them every step of their financial journey. He loves improving members’ financial wellness and strives to ensure they’re satisfied with every experience they have at 3Rivers in order to create lifelong credit union partnerships.
