Strategic Engagement Manager, Ashlee Guthrie, is passionate about empowering individuals and businesses with the tools to achieve financial wellness. As the Strategic Engagement Manager at 3Rivers Federal Credit Union, she partners with business members and their employees to provide engaging, workshop-style financial education.
Ashlee earned her bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management from Manchester University in 2009. Her career journey has taken her from retail management—where she honed her leadership and customer service skills—to philanthropy, where she built lasting relationships through grant making and database management. She credits her early involvement as a youth philanthropist with the Noble County Community Foundation for inspiring her dedication to community impact.
Beyond financial wellness, Ashlee is deeply committed to serving local nonprofit organizations and investing in communities to create meaningful change. She believes that strong communities are built through collaboration, education, and generosity, and she strives to make a positive difference wherever she can.
When she's not helping others navigate their financial journey, Ashlee enjoys baking, traveling to warm beaches, and cruising to new destinations.
