Through a desktop scanner and state-of-the-art software, our businesses are not only able to deposit funds quickly, but also have access to some phenomenal reporting functions and tracking.

While many are familiar with mobile check depositing through their smartphones or tablets, there are limits to these options—most notably deposit limits, the inability to do batch deposits, and lengthy wait times (or holds). Here’s how Remote Deposit Capture for business members compares:

  • Higher Deposit Limits: Our desktop check scanner allows businesses to deposit higher amounts based on their specific business and how they operate.
  • Batch Scanning: There are a number of scanner types available based upon the number of checks that each business needs to deposit at a time to allow for multiple deposits in one go.
  • Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery of Funds: Funds from scanned checks are available the same business day if the deposit is submitted before 2PM, and any deposits made after 2PM will be available the next business morning—with no holds being placed.
