Bill Pay Changes Coming in November 2023!
We are rolling out some new enhancements and fixes for 3Rivers Bill Pay that are going into effect on November 16, 2023 and November 29, 2023. Read below to learn more about these updates!
November 16, 2023 Enhancements
• On the desktop version, Calendar View will now highlight the current date.
• The accrued total in monthly payment transactions will now show at the top on the “Activity” screen in List View for both transaction history and scheduled payments.
• On the desktop version, non-processing days will now be shaded on the calendar to help you better determine when your payments will be delivered.
• In addition, functionality will be added to the schedule payment process so you cannot double-click the “Confirm” button which would generate additional payments.
November 16, 2023 Fixes
• You will be able to navigate the calendar correctly, both advancing to different months and going back to previous months
• Suspending AutoPay for an eBill will complete as expected with no error messaging.
November 29, 2023 Enhancements
• Color will be added to enhance the visibility of the missed payment tile in List View on the “Activity” page.
• On the “Pay Bills” page, labels will be added under icons. “Search” will be added under the magnifying glass icon and “Add Biller” will be added under the + symbol.
November 29, 2023 Fixes
• Some visibility issues will be corrected for some eBill summary statements.
• You will be able to print the full eBill PDF from the mobile app.
